These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to, use of, and commercial purchases made through RK Resin Art, an enterprise legally registered and operated by RK Creation ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), headquartered in Surendranagar, Gujarat, India. All commercial transactions are denominated in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of applicable statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the prerogative to adjust inventory availability and correct typographical discrepancies. In the improbable event of an order processed under an erroneous pricing discrepancy, we retain the right to cancel the order with an immediate 100% full monetary refund.
Custom resin artifacts (including Personalized Name Plates, Mantra Frames, Photo Clocks, and Preservation Blocks) require a standard chemical curing window of 4 to 7 business days prior to dispatch to achieve optimal crystalline hardness and heat resistance.
All trademarks, catalog designs, photographic brand assets, UI software stylesheets, and handcrafted designs are the proprietary intellectual property of RK Creation. Unauthorized reproduction, web scraping, or commercial duplication is strictly actionable under the Copyright Act, 1957.
To the fullest extent permissible under Indian Law, RK Creation shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the improper storage or handling of epoxy compounds. All legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts of Surendranagar, Gujarat, India.

We take complete responsibility for consignments during transit. If an item arrives physically damaged, leaking, broken, or defective, RK Resin Art guarantees an immediate free replacement or 100% monetary refund.
To process damage or missing item claims and initiate courier insurance settlement, a continuous, uncut 360° unboxing video recorded from before opening the courier parcel seal with the shipping label clearly visible is mandatory.

Approved replacement articles are dispatched within 24 business hours. Monetary refunds are processed directly to the customer's original payment source (UPI / Bank Account) within 3 to 5 business days.
Customers may cancel standard catalog orders (mica powders, resin kits, silicone moulds, glitter supplies) at any time prior to shipment dispatch for an immediate 100% full refund with zero cancellation deductions.
Customized artwork (e.g. customized name plates, preservation blocks, personalized clocks) may be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement. Once chemical epoxy pouring and customized graphic preparation has commenced, customized commissions cannot be cancelled.
